I am the owner of a six room & restaurant boutique hotel situated in the Cinque Terre area. We opened the hotel 20 years ago. Our ambition is to offer our guests an authentic, quality experience of our region through:
- a historical building in a medieval village
- the room’s furnishings, décor and amenities: all local artisan or high-quality design
- local food: we try to work as much as possible with local producers and our cuisine is traditional
- local wine: a Sommelier who lives and now produces wine in the Cinque Terre selects the wine list for us from local producers
- a Day Designer: we try to suggest activities that we think might be of interest based on our guests’ mood, fitness level, and the weather for a great experience of our region.
